Complaining

Before i move in the my new house, i made a new resolution. That is to maintain the cleaniness in the house every single day.

I thought i wouldn't be complaining anymore becaue it is my own house, my own home.

But still, why do i find myself still cursing and swearing when i am sweeping and mopping the floor??

It is no easy task when u got to do it all by urself. Maybe i should have just spend some $$ and ask those indonesian maid to do it for me.

Or maybe a girlfriend who can do it for me??

LOL

Why should we stop working hard

Now, considering that the fact that we need to be alive to carry out our daily tasks, we got to stop working hard.

Some says engineers are nerd.

Some says engineers are bunch of a**holes who only know the meaning of happiness is when they managed to dimantle their ipod and assemble it back altogether again.

As for me, engineers are peoples who discover new ideas which dazzles people around him/her.

Today, i discover something which dazzles.

This i the1/2 inch NPT to Metric M20 threaded adaptor.

This is my finger.

Put my finger through this adaptor. Slowly.

Put your whole finger through it.

And now, try to pick your nose.

Good idea of preventing yourself from picking your nose while driving.

Or, when you are so bored and free in the office like me.

So now, who dare to label the engineers today are nerdy?

Memories

Laying on my sofa, turn on the tv, on my laptop.

10 pm, still too early to sleep.

Staring at those four walls around me, all those memories for the past five years creeping back towards me, pieces by pieces just like the unfinished article of a jigsaw-puzzle.

I still remember on that very fateful night, i told you "I want to live my life the way i have wanted, and the only way is to go through it once again all by myself".

I knew both of us have tried our very best, but things in life doesn't always goes the way we want it to be right?

It is not easy though. I have got used to the life where i will talk to you about everything, about work, about a book, about a trip, or even about other cutie-pie i have bumped into. And telling you that you are still much better than anyone of them still.

I almost forgotten the way you smile when you feel happy, the way you frown when you are feeling down.

I have got used to the smell of the coffee you used to put beside me just to wake me up from sleep, the kiss on the cheek each and everytime before i wake up and fall asleep.

Now that i think i have even started to forget how you actually look like already.

Life has to move on. I have found someone new now, and hopefully you will find someone who will bring you more happiness than i could give to you.

Whatever happens, you know my blessing will always be with you, wherever you go, whenever it may be.

Loving someone, sometimes also means i would need to learn how to let go.

Adidas Absolado PS DB TRX

Please allow me to vent all my frustraion first. It is because i have spent amost half a day running around just to get this bloody boots!

It will always be a dilemma for me to choose between NIKKI and A-dy (Nike and Adidas)

Went to..

1. Al Ikhsan Sunway (Not available in store)
2. Adidas Sunway (No size for me)
3. Nike Sunway (Nike new design getting worse and worser)
4. Nike Midvalley (Still don't feel convinced to buy the new design)
5. Adidas Midvalley (Finally got!but.......)

but this is where the funny things happened. While i am still clapping my hand, the Adidas worker get me the left-leg boot, and it is yellow in colour! (Not because of the skin, it is because it has been "age-ing" on the display window. Too bad it was the last piece in the stock.

Went to IOI mall. Still couldn't find.

Finally....

Found it in Summit USJ mall,at the Adidas factory outlet with the super-duper cheap price.

Means, 4 shopping mall, more that 7 outlets just to get the bloody boots!

What a day!!!

The Irish Coffee

I remember reading up one of the book entitled "Irish Coffee" couple of years ago. However, considering the fact that i am not actually a big fans of romance storyboooks, this novel still make it ways into one of my top ten "books to read" list, apart from "four four two", "FHM", "playboy" (i was just joking) and majalah Ujang (I am sure i was just joking), August man's magazine, to name a few...

I am not trying to be one of those sentimental bastards, but reading the "Irish Coffee" does actually brought me into the whole new imaginative world. And i am not gonna summarize the whole storybooks here, just try to get to the bookstore and grab one (chinese version) and read it yourself.

The affection for a taste of Irish coffee has come to an extent where:

I found myself trying to find the word "irish coffee" on the starbucks menu, and even in "Hou kei" Kopitiam.

Things get worsened when i found myself trying to mix Chivas with Nestle 3-in-1 coffee.

Then the rest is history.

Now that I even log on to wikipedia just to find out on how actually an irish coffee was made.

Finally i found this piece of article on Wikipedia.

"Black coffee is poured into the mug; Whiskey and at least one level teaspoon of sugar is stirred in until fully dissolved. The sugar is essential for floating liquid cream on top.
Thick cream is carefully poured over the back of a spoon initially held just above the surface of the coffee and gradually raised a little.The layer of cream will float on the coffee without mixing. The coffee is drunk through the layer of cream. "

Sounds pretty easy huh?

So which means,

I would need few items:

1. Coffee powder from Tesco
2. Whiskey - maybe Hennesy VSOP
3. Sugar (easy, i already have it)
4. As for layer of cream..urhm...maybe i need to ask one of those starbucks guys

Then i guess it will be served best during rainy days.

Not a bad idea to utilize my new toilet more often than before.:)

Funy thing is the look on the doctor's face today when i told her this:

"Doc, just give me the medical cert, no medicine is required because i have tonnes of them"

The doc gave me a weird look, gave me a medical slip that sounded like this

" This is to certify that i have examined Mr. Wong Hung Yew of Sime Darby Industrial and have found him to be UNFIT for performance of his duties for 1 day from 13 Jan 2010 to 13 Jan 2010"

Unfit???WTF?

Oh ya, i also missed the training tonight for the upcoming Sime Darby inter division futsal tournament which i have been selected to play for the industrial division. Sigh. Nevermind la.

But i think i have no right to complain right?Hehe.
