The tea lady

"Have you finished your drink? Can i replenish it for you?"

My company tealady, has always been the efficient one. Before you could finish you drink, she will stop by your cubicle and replace the "freezing-cold-milo-because-of-the-air-conditioning" with a hot one.

Sometimes i don't even have time to finish it!

Well i am not complaining.

After a long hard day in office, the last thing on your mind would be walking towards the pantry and not knowing which one to choose; Milo, coffee or tea.

Oh, yes, and the packet drinks.

The only shortfall is, they did not serve Maggi goreng with fried chicken, with an eggs on it.
Too bad.

Relaxing soul..

Some people love to party their life away during weekends.
As for me, this weekend is a fullfilling one.
No phone calls, no companion, just me, my laptop and my headphone. Some people think i am a weirdo that way.
"How could you do that? You don't feel lonely mer?"
I think this is actually the best way to release my stress away during weekends. My itinerary?

12pm..Old town Kopitiam, Kemuning. Alone.

8.30pm, dinner with an ex colleague at pappa rich, uptown pj.

The end up my day @ Frames, sunway. This is the first time i have been to this place. With free wireless, i have all the stuff i need to keep myself occupied.

Cool place though. No alcohol, just some coffee, and fresh oranges.

You are in your own world, just like that. With your headphones on, you barely notice people around you.

I think there were a dozen of cute babes passing by, but my eyes were too busy and glued to my laptop screen.

Thank god.

I used to asked myself whether i really need a laptop. Not anymore.

My "Camel"

It became a part of my spiritual habit whereby i would buy a gift for myself at the end of every month, as a token of "appreciation" for all the hard works and shits i have dealt and face with.

It is like an indian. Everytime when they want to get marry to somebody else, they will ask their parents to do the arrangements.

(Something like logistic department lah)

So, come the month of May, apart from the fact that i have added some furniture (Queen Size Bedframe) and one big mirror for the living hall, i decided to get myself another "present".

The "Camel".

No, not the camel with two big breasts on its back.

It is the Camel brand (A Bag). And of course, it doesn't come cheap and with a price tag close to RM 200, i was closed to tears when i hand over my credit card to the Jusco sales assistant.

But, i am proud of one thing for myself because i am the kind of person who don't spend unless i really desperate for it.
As an engineer, it has became a norm to carry around the following items to office, meetings, and travelling;
1. Laptop
2. Laptop accesories (Charger, mouse, broadband stick)
3. Two External HDD (Kiasu ma, if one crashes, then how?)
4. Notebooks
5. Files
6. Calculator
7. Pencil box.
8. Spectacle (Although i seldom use them)
And now i am carryin' it all in one bag.

Most importantly, i never regret of buying it.

Better that spending RM200 on that stupid "orgasm" that when you realized you've had it, it has long gone.

Qu**k F**k & a Bl**Job

A girl walked past, and i said "Hey, excuse me. Can i have a quick f**k?"
Nodding her head, she asked to excuse for a while and came back to serve me.
When finished, she gave me a smile and asked if would like to have another round.

After another half an hour...
"Hey, i need a bl**job, right now".
She nodded and then came back to serve me within the next 5 minutes.

It is the cocktails name lah! What are you thinking? Was hanging out with my buddies over the long weekend.

And places we go?

The Library, Opera@ Sunway - kind of places where you can have some good times with your friends. What could be better than "Alcohol + Friends" right?

And that "Quick F**k" and "bl**job" is the cocktail name on the menu actually.

What a creative name to be assigned to these drinks?

You can cheat your way out by telling your parents you are off to places like library and doing some "Laundry" during the weekends.

But don't try to impress by telling them:

"Ma, i am having a qui** f**k and a bl**job in The Library right now!!"

Or "Have you have and orgasm before?"

New Iron

Couple of weekends ago managed to get myself a new iron from one of those warehouse sales.
It was an Elba steam iron. Only cost me RM40, with a chic purple look.
Being a tidy guy i was, it is my ritual to iron my clothes everyntime i came back from work, for tommorrow's work purpose.
To be honest, i am not such a big fan of steam iron, just simply i couldn't understand how to use it.
Water will start dripping all over the place, wet my shirt, or caused a burning mark on my office attire.
That is why exactly people invented the manuals.
The manuals to help me understand how exactly to "operate" a steam iron.
TMD.
Rupa rupanya all thsi while the only mistake i did was that i did not put the temperature to the "max".
And with that, only steam can come out ma.
Bodohnya i...

Moments of Glory...

Ronaldo (The fat one) once declared, football is better than sex. And goal-scoring, is like an orgasm.

And last week, the abovementioned theory has proven to be true. As an out and out striker, i did manage a handful of goals, but to be honest, better than orgasm? I still disagree with the statement, but on the 30th of April 2011, everything changed.

For the second year running, i am in the team of Sime Darby Industrial Football team for the inter division tournament. It is safe to say that football is like a religion in our company, as every year during the finals, it never fails to attract more spectators compares to any other games.

This year, in fact, the finals was still the same, Industrial vs plantation. The chairman Tun Musa Hitam and board of Sime darby management attended the finale too. Plantations division are boosting a team of full timer footballer, while industrial, all of us are part timers footballers. Desire to repeat last year victory, needless to say, was a huge one, as plantations is the team with most budget in their pocket, with each of their players getting two new Adidas boots prior to the tournament.

All we got is the a pair of jogging shoe, jacket, pants and stuff like t-shirts.

I came on from the substitute bench with 20 minutes to go, with our team leading 3-0. Victory seems like inevitable. But within 10 minutes, plantations teams has scored two more goals to make it 3-2. Looks like a nightmare start to me.

But the last thing i wanted is to be the reason of the team losing. I started to run like Torres.

...and whizz past the opponents like Messi.

During the 3-2 scoreline, the match intensified with plantations just need one more goal to equalize. Instead of concentrating on the defending duty as told (I was told to get into midfield, although i am more of a natural born striker), i went further up the field lining up and prepare for a free kick.

People say, great player does not hide during the storm. The ball came flying in..

A header...and at that moment, everything turn into slow motion to me.

And GOALLLLL!!!!

Honestly, this is the goal i am waiting for, dreaming of, all this while leading up to the finals.

A goal that officially kill off the game.

Yes, 4-2. Any hope for plantations comeback is impossible now.

This is exactly how Fernando Torres celebrate after his lengthy goal draught for Chelsea.

This is the moment.

This is exactly what i called, the goal of the lifetime. One of the most important goal i have scored in my list in my entire life of football. I would never forget the roar, the celebrations, the excitement, the friendship bond that i have had with my teammates for the past 3 months of trainings, friendlies, and games.

Although i am still the only chinese in the team like last year, it doesn;t matter at all!The teammates is like a family to me. We eat, shop, drink and sleep together. We go out as one team, with only one vision, to defend the title. the coach always reminded us that we carries the spirit of 1malaysia, with all three races under one team!

My colleague who attended to watch the games has told me that the environment was beyond imagination that night when the goal went in. Everyone i met in the office, be it friends of strangers, still giving me thumbsup, handshake, and talking about that goal as if it is the winning goal for AFF Suzuki cup, haha.

So, We are champion, again!

I can't wait for the tournament next year to start. The difference is, i don't really mind to come out from the dugout as substitute again next time, if i could score that goal that all over again.

That goal? Yeah, it is better than sex.;p
